Yes, true, this is an old one but still, no errors detected.
Gotta say, I’m okay with Fresno being John Bender, it feels pretty match-y match-y.
Being dismissed but slightly feared by other cities. This giving Fresno perspective, allowing us to sit-back and see how everyone is flawed and sort of ridiculous, all the while having our own issues we try to avoid dealing with, like Bender:
The sushi thing does not match though, Fresno has and knows good sushi.

A post I wrote and a recent Fresno Twitter “Me & Ed’s is lame” debate (I can’t even count how many we the Fresno Internet has had in its history), made me think…
There were some responses of “this place kinda does” but ultimately:
I guess there isn’t one. So, no love for a Chicago style in Fresno but we’ll soon be getting a New York style (my favorite), according to the Fresno Bee. Fine with me, I choose New York style over Chicago anyway.
Fresnans swiping left and right like sex-starved savages
Fresno a romantic city!? Before reading, my assumption is it’s because we have lots of sex, and hey why not?!

OH MY GOSH, I was pretty much right. Apparently we do a LOT of hooking up via apps and that is a major factor in the ranking. Who knew we were so tech savvy?
Fresno: California’s Basecamp
We always need to be improving Fresno, and touting things in Fresno proper, this is true. But it is also fine to bring up that we live close to everything good in California.
In fact, if you leave town in the morning you can have lunch anywhere cool to have lunch at in California. No other city in the country can say that and no other city (outside Central California) can say that either.
An extend thought on this (that includes cuss words) can be found on the blog.

Being from New York/Boston and now living here in Fresno, I haven't had a great pizza yet. I don't know if Russo's will cut it, but it's worth a try. Me & Ed's gave it a try with Coney Island in River Park. The pizza isn't bad, but it still isn't New York's. Sorry guys. THere's just something about east coast pizza. Maybe it's the enzymes in the air that help to make the dough taste as it does? Just like sourdough bread from San Francisco. You can't make San Francisco sourdough unless you have a starter from San Francisco. You can make Fresno sourdough here in Fresno and that's about it with our enzymes floating around. I would say the same for pizza dough. YOu need New York enzymes.
